UFO is a mid-early maturing variety which matures in about 45-55 days from transplanting. Plants are vigorous, erect with board leaves, with relatively good heating tolerance. It is slow in bolting and has good field holding capacity. Single bulb can reach up to 550 grams remaining fiber free, sweet with fine eating quality and tolerant to cracking.
